Lead Fullstack Developer (C# / .NET)

VobeSoft is hiring a Lead Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in C# .NET to help shape the future of our platform and become the day-to-day technical anchor of our development team. We're a young, fast-growing ICT company that automates business processes for organizations of all sizes, from local SMEs to large enterprises.

As we grow, we want a dedicated lead embedded with the developers. You'll be the one colleagues turn to for their day-to-day questions, alongside our CTO and CPO, who are responsible for using everybody's input and setting the technical and product direction. Your job is to turn that direction into working software, raise the bar for code quality, and mentor the developers around you. This isn't a ticket-shipping role.

Salary range: €55,000 - €80,000 gross per year (based on full-time), depending on experience, plus benefits.

Hours: Full-time preferred, but 32 or 36 hours per week is also possible.

Location: Netherlands, 's-Hertogenbosch (hybrid). We can only hire candidates who already have the right to work in the Netherlands or the EU. Note that part of our interview process takes place at our office.

A note on AI: it's part of how we build, and we expect you to make the most of it. But quality is the bar, and it stays the bar. We're not interested in shipping AI slop, and we're looking for someone who feels the same.

What you'll do

• Be the primary technical point of contact for the development team
• Mentor and coach fellow developers through pairing, code reviews, and feedback
• Work alongside the CTO to translate architectural direction into concrete implementation, and contribute your own ideas to shape where we go next
• Partner with the CPO on product plans, turning them into well-scoped, deliverable work
• Drive code quality, performance, and maintainability across the stack
• Build and expand functionality within our modular cloud platform. Yes, you'll still be writing code, and a lot of it

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's working and thinking level
• At least 8 years of experience building production software, with a strong track record in C# / .NET
• Experience as a senior or lead developer where you mentored others and raised the technical bar of a team
• Sharp analytical skills and a solid grasp of software architecture
• Passionate about your work, with ideas of your own and the confidence to share them with colleagues and management
• A collaborative mindset and energy to thrive in a young, fast-growing organization
