Medior Fullstack Developer (C# / .NET)

VobeSoft is hiring a Medior Fullstack Developer with solid C# .NET experience who wants to own more than they're currently allowed to. We're a young, fast-growing ICT company that automates business processes for organizations of all sizes, from local SMEs to large enterprises.

Here that means features you take from plan to production and stay responsible for afterwards. Senior colleagues are close by for pairing and code review, but the work is yours, not theirs with your name on it. Our CTO and CPO set the technical and product direction using everybody's input, and yours counts. What we're looking for is someone who asks why, has an opinion about the answer, and gets noticeably better every quarter.

Salary range: €42,000 - €50,000 gross per year (based on full-time), depending on experience, plus benefits.

Hours: Full-time preferred, but 32 or 36 hours per week is also possible.

Location: Netherlands, 's-Hertogenbosch (hybrid). We can only hire candidates who already have the right to work in the Netherlands or the EU. Note that part of our interview process takes place at our office.

A note on AI: it's part of how we build, and we expect you to make the most of it. But quality is the bar, and it stays the bar. We're not interested in shipping AI slop, and we're looking for someone who feels the same.

What you'll do

• Build and expand functionality within our modular cloud platform, across the stack
• Take features from a rough plan to production, with your team there when you need help
• Take part in code reviews, both giving and receiving
• Own what you ship, including the tests, the edge cases, and the bug reports that come back
• Say something when a piece of the codebase or a way of working doesn't make sense to you

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's working and thinking level
• At least 3 years of experience building production software, with a strong track record in C# / .NET
• You can drop into an unfamiliar part of a codebase and make a change without breaking three other things
• Sharp analytical skills and a growing grasp of software architecture
• Curious about your work, with ideas of your own and the willingness to put them on the table
• A collaborative mindset and energy to thrive in a young, fast-growing organization
