Senior Fullstack Developer (C# / .NET)

VobeSoft is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in C# .NET to build the hard parts and set the standard for the rest.. We're a young, fast-growing ICT company that automates business processes for organizations of all sizes, from local SMEs to large enterprises.

Our CTO and CPO set the technical and product direction using everybody's input, and you're one of the people whose input carries weight. From there it's yours: you scope it, you build it, you're the one who says whether it's done. The standard-setting is the other half of the job, and it happens in the code you leave behind and the code reviews you're willing to be honest in. The team itself you won't own. That's the lead's job, and you'll work closely with them.

Salary range: €50,000 - €70,000 gross per year (based on full-time), depending on experience, plus benefits.

Hours: Full-time preferred, but 32 or 36 hours per week is also possible.

Location: Netherlands, 's-Hertogenbosch (hybrid). We can only hire candidates who already have the right to work in the Netherlands or the EU. Note that part of our interview process takes place at our office.

A note on AI: it's part of how we build, and we expect you to make the most of it. But quality is the bar, and it stays the bar. We're not interested in shipping AI slop, and we're looking for someone who feels the same.

What you'll do

• Own features and components end to end, from a rough product plan to something running in production
• Build and expand functionality within our modular cloud platform, across the stack
• Make the architectural calls inside your area, and push back on the ones you disagree with elsewhere
• Raise the quality bar around you through code reviews, pairing, and honest feedback
• Work with the CTO on where the platform goes next, and with the CPO on turning product plans into well-scoped work
• Leave the codebase better than you found it, including the parts nobody assigned to you

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's working and thinking level
• At least 6 years of experience building production software, with a strong track record in C# / .NET
• You've owned something substantial before, including the parts that went wrong
• Sharp analytical skills and a solid grasp of software architecture
• Passionate about your work, with ideas of your own and the confidence to share them with colleagues and management
• A collaborative mindset and energy to thrive in a young, fast-growing organization
