Meet Supperfood

SupperFood was founded in 2008 and has developed into a dynamic and leading supplier of private label food products. Within this range, SupperFood develops distinctive 'food' concepts for retailers, brand owners and industries in Europe. In 2016, SupperFood gained a spot in the top 10 of fast-growing companies in the Netherlands. Because of their growing success they received their fourth Gazelle award.

Given the rapid growth within SupperFood they needed a back office system that could grow alongside them. In Vobesoft they found what they were looking for. On the workfloor, Vobesoft CRM module provides SupperFood with the opportunity to store relations, articles, projects, tasks and recipes in a structured cloud environment. Last but not least, Vobesoft allow them to sustain efficient collaborations with suppliers and customers.

Workflow and process management

At SupperFood all departments work closely together. Business processes, statuses and progressions can be easily tracked through Vobesoft’s platform and the pipeflow (add-on). The customer is always the centre. Starting at the customer or prospect, the workflow can be managed from top to bottom or the other way around. Through a dynamic 360 degrees fileconnection, all information can be traced from different searchangles. The dossierportal (add-on) allows data to be shared with customers or relations. This way a joint dossier can be created.

CRM / CMS

SupperFood was in need of a dynamic solution that enabled them to manage relevant business data. Before using Vobesoft, SupperFood managed their data using separate office files stored on multiple network drives. Vobesoft allowed SupperFood to store and manage all files in the personal SupperFood Vobesoft cloud environment.

Incident management

Incidents that occur during production, distribution or sales are secured within the Vobesoft platform. These can be connected to suppliers, customers and specific products. The resulting data can be used in analyzing SupperFood’s performances and as input for the quality system.

Product management

By using synced dossiers for recipes, ingredients and packaging, the composition of each product can be easily traced. To make sure the accounting system and Vobe Custom are in sync the most important data is automatically copied to the VobeSoft platform every day.
